"I'm so happy to have found Perth Land and Property Services [newly named, Sharp Rock Contracting]. I bought a 9 acre lot in the fall that had a driveway and a cleared area that had been left for years and was overgrown and derelict looking. There were piles of old large dock remains all over the lot as well as some structures that were very unsafe.There were also some dead trees that needed to be removed and a little more clearing to be done. I wanted to bring my RV to the lot and needed a gravelled, level area as well.
Matt and Kelsey were extremely prompt with their replies both by phone and e-mail. Matt seemed to completely understand everything that needed to be done perfectly and nothing was an issue. All the requested work was done in a very short time and I was extremely happy. I look forward to having Matt out again to continue to improve the lot."
